Headteacher, Brian Griffen said: ‘This year’s outcomes are a direct result of the hard work
and efforts of both staff and students across all GCSE courses. My thanks go to all staff and
pupils for working so hard during school hours and in enrichment sessions outside of school
with the aim of improving academic achievement. These high levels of commitment have
paid off with a set of pleasing results of which both staff and students can be proud. We look
forward to welcoming the large majority of Year 11 into the school’s excellent 6th form to
continue their educational journey.’

Executive Headteacher, Daniel Hatley said: ‘I am delighted to be able to congratulate so
many students on their considerable and well deserved achievements. Our initial data shows
excellent increases in attainment. I am even more proud that these results come when the
assessment criteria returns fully to a pre-pandemic model, without the various dispensations
we have rightly seen in the past few years. This means students have achieved even more
through even harder work. It also means that more students now have the currency they
need to move one step further towards the career or university
