Year 12 Parents Evening

We would like to remind you that the Year 12 Parents Evening is taking place on Thursday, 13th June. It is important that all parents/carers attend this event as it provides an opportunity to meet with your child’s subject teachers to discuss their progress and to enable you to find out about how they can further improve between now and the end of the academic year. Staff will be available between 3.30pm and 6.30pm. Please use the school's Elsa Road entrance. 

We recently sent you details of our new management information system that is replacing Bromcom. If you have not downloaded the Arbor app and logged into your account, please refer to the original email that was sent out or alternatively,  follow this guide to gain access:

Appointments should be made through Arbor using the Arbor parent app or via the Arbor parent portal. For guidance of how to book an appointment either via the app or the parent portal, please follow the link below:

Once you have logged into Arbor, the dates of the parents evening will be shown with a note of when self-scheduling is available. You will then need to click on the parents evening schedule to access the booking page and from here, you can select a time slot to book with a teacher. Please be advised that you will only be able to book a time slot with the lead teacher of that subject, but you can see the other teachers during parents evening. 

You will be able to book appointments from Monday 3rd June at 8:00am until Wednesday 12th June at 8:00pm. We advise that you book them as soon as possible as slots may fill up quickly. On the evening, you will receive a data report containing information such as current prediction and target grades as well as an attendance certificate.
