The school has a one week timetable and a six period day consisting of five 60 minute learning experiences and one 30 minute tutor time. The subject curriculum provision for each of the year groups is shown below, the number represents the number of lessons per week that are taught:

All students at Welling School have access to :
Personal, Social, Health and Economic Education (PSCHE)
All students will have a 1 x PSCHE lesson every week during tutor time. The PSCHE curriculum includes Relationship and Sex Education (RSE) and personal, social, citizenship and health education (psche) Education. The RSE and PSHE curricula are also delivered through a combination of bespoke curriculum enhancement days and assemblies.

Social, Moral, Spiritual & Cultural Education (SMSC)
Delivered across the curriculum, through assemblies and tutor time, extracurricular activities, visits and events.
Careers Education
Careers Education is delivered across the curriculum, through assemblies, withdrawal and tutor time. Students in KS4 and KS5 also have small group and 1-2-1 careers interviews with our specialist team.
We also run work experience for Y10 and Y12 during the summer 2 term.
